My heart is with assisting new comers to the digital world. To help them overcome challenges, to flourish and succeed. 

We all have our skills, but even some of the most talented, do not know how to convey their message via their online presence.

Having worked with many software suites over the years, I am confident I will adapt well to your software.

Fixing Websites:

I will ensure their current online portals are operating as they should. I’m sure we agree that when a feature on your website is broken, it’s losing you customers. It’s the equivalent of unlocking the door, to find your shop floor is flooded.

Your customer will be immediately put at ease. Through our dedicated and prompt communication, they will clearly see we are on the case.

Over the course of the following week, I will be reviewing each customer’s website and create a presentation of the additional features and resources, I believe they require to improve their customer experience, journey and engagement. I will create a fit for purpose experience, using the software and tools available to me.

I love this work, I wake up at 3:30am thrilled to embrace the new day. I am happy for customers to chat and communicate with me at any time, as I am delighted to be of service. My laptops and AirPods are always at the ready, let’s make it happen!
